Do you require a deposit?

Yes! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date on my calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to your event, as outlined in your contract.

Do you offer payment plans? Absolutely. I’m happy to create a payment schedule that works best for you — flexibility is key during the planning process!

When is my event officially booked?

Your event is officially booked once your contract is signed and your deposit has been received. At that point, your date is locked in and the planning magic begins!

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, 6–12 months in advance — especially for weddings and large events. Smaller events or coordination packages can be booked closer to your date, depending on event type and availability.

What areas do you serve?

I’m based in West Bend, Wisconsin but love to travel! Depending on your event’s location, travel fees may apply — just ask and we can discuss details.

Do you work with specific vendors?

Yes, I have a curated list of trusted vendors I love recommending, but I’m also happy to work with your chosen team. Collaboration is key to a seamless event!

Can you help with design or styling?

Definitely! Depending on your package, I can assist with mood boards, color palettes, layout ideas, and décor sourcing — or provide full design direction if you book a Curated or Full Planning package.

What if I’m not sure which package I need?

No problem at all — that’s what the consultation call is for! We’ll talk through your event vision, timeline, and needs so I can recommend the best fit.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Setup and teardown assistance is included in Day-of Coordination and above. For Simple or Guided packages, I can provide setup guidance and vendor coordination support as needed.

Can I make changes to my package after booking?

Yes — life and plans evolve! If you decide you need more (or less) support as we go, we can adjust your package accordingly.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I understand things happen. While deposits are non-refundable, I’ll always do my best to accommodate a new date if my calendar allows.

Will you be there on the event day?
For coordination and full-service packages — yes, absolutely! I’ll be onsite managing vendors, timelines, and all the little details so you can fully enjoy your day.
